1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website of Little Seeds (“we,” “our,” or “us”) or applying for enrollment in our daycare, preschool, and faith-centered enrichment programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all site visitors, parents, guardians, and applicants. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access our website or register for any of our educational services.

2. Registration & Programs

Little Seeds offers educational, daycare, and faith-centered programs for children spanning toddler ages through 6th grade.

Application Process: Submitting an online application or inquiry form does not guarantee enrollment. Official acceptance is subject to branch space availability, class sizes, age confirmation, and administrative review.
Parental Responsibility: Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate, complete, and updated information in all registration forms, medical logs, and contact sheets.
Program Modifications: We reserve the right to modify curriculum outlines, class schedules, and teacher assignments when necessary to optimize the learning environment.

3. Fees, Tuition & Billing

Enrollment in Little Seeds programs is subject to fee guidelines and agreements outlined below:

Application Fees: Any application fees or registration deposit requirements are non-refundable and cover initial admin processing.
Tuition Invoices: Tuition payments are due monthly or term-based, according to the schedule set out in your child's specific program contract.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in administrative late fees or temporary suspension of program attendance for your child.
Cancellations & Withdrawals: Parents wishing to withdraw their child must provide written notice (typically 30 days in advance) as detailed in their enrollment contract to avoid additional billing.

4. Conduct & Health Policies

To maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all children, families are expected to adhere to our community standard guidelines:

Respectful Interaction: We maintain a positive, welcoming environment. Disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior from parents, guardians, or visitors toward staff, teachers, or students is not tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the program.

Health & Safety: Children exhibiting symptoms of contagious illnesses must follow our sick-leave policies and remain home until safe to return. Immunization records must be up-to-date in compliance with local licensing requirements.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, curriculum guides, worksheets, graphics, website designs, logos, and materials created by Little Seeds and displayed on this website or distributed in classrooms are the intellectual property of Little Seeds.

You may use our downloadable parent resources and educational materials solely for your family's personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, distribute, sell, or copy our curriculum materials for other tutoring, schools, or commercial programs without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Little Seeds, its directors, educators, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, information shared on the site, or participation in online events.

While we take the utmost care to ensure the safety of all children in our daycare and learning facilities, all physical activities, learning environments, and events involve inherent risks. Parents agree to sign standard liability waivers upon official classroom enrollment.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Little Seeds shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of these Terms must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas.

8. Contact & Updates

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When updates occur, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued enrollment in our programs or use of our site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
